Our credit opinion is specific, quantified and evidence-based. We can also underwrite our appointments with our insurers for your complete peace of mind. In 2019, we started this service of providing credit opinion, conducting due diligence, and overseeing project delivery. Since this time every single project we have been involved with has produced a positive outcome for our partners. There is a unique advantage to working with development consultants when forming an underwriting opinion and understanding the project and developer, namely that we can bridge the gap that often exists between borrower and funder and as such can help to protect, streamline and risk manage your investment or project.
