Collectively, our founders have delivered over £100M in gross development value, by applying different strategies, to different sectors, throughout the entire span of the United Kingdom.

We work with investors, developers, funders, contractors, traders and business owners to maximise value and profitability of all ventures. Although we have a complex business model, built to accommodate the real depth of the industry, we work hard to simplify this complexity for our partners. Our Story

Throughout our careers we have been through ups and downs, huge growth, rapid restructure, recession, and a global pandemic. This delivers a deep wisdom within the business, meaning our company operates, acts and delivers, with a depth of understanding far beyond its years.
We use our industry position and knowledge to help and support others in reaching their highest potential. We absorb the facts and apply them objectively, accountably and diligently, so that we may best serve and deliver. We are authentic, sincere and accurate.
We have made the collective decision to establish Stone Castle as our new home, combining our business experience to create something where the sum is greater than the parts. Our founders, directors, owners and management team have worked together for many years. During this time we have made great profits and overcome many difficulties. We have delivered award winning projects throughout the sector and been recognised as industry leaders by various organisations, including Qandor, Property TV and LABC.
We have first-hand experience of managing large investments, working closely with investors and banks, as both funder and borrower. We have satisfied multiple borrowing contracts throughout our careers and helped to establish credit security decisions. As such our financial strategies and awareness are a unique strength to our business. We have close relationships with funders, housebuilders, developers, architects, planners, engineers, heritage consultants, archaeologists, principle and sub-contractors, real estate agents and a full spectrum of construction teams. We have the information, the network, or the resource to solve most issues.
